• Rates are per room per night unless mentioned otherwise.
• Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests must follow hotel rules and local laws. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
• Accepted payment methods include online payment, UPI, card, or cash.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.

7. Booking Modification

Any modification is subject to availability and applicable rate difference.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Tarutat is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to local court jurisdiction.
